
Oyster Mushroom Breakfast Green Wrap

Ingredients
- Onion
- Pepper
- Tomatoes
- Avocado (or ready-made guacamole)
- Hummus
- Oyster mushrooms
- Cucumber
- Spring Green (or tortilla wrap) to roll everything together
Method
Cook the onion, pepper, tomatoes and mushrooms all in one pan
Alternatively, you can fill it all in the wrap raw.
By using the wrap, combine all the above in whatever order your wish.
Roll the wrap to close all gaps.
Cut in the middle, and enjoy!
